Remi-Madras
am now so I arrived in India. The first impression was very awesome, but I went with the Moto-rickshaw from the airport to downtown, everywhere run around people, it is honking, there are cows on the street, etc. You have to get used to India. (Although this is officially called Chennai, but no one called so) on my first day in Chennai I am a little first walked through the streets around me to make a first impression, but I slept particularly as I clock in the morning by 4 had to get up. On 2 Day we went on a sightseeing tour. My main goal was the district of George Town, is still very influenced by the British colonial period. Take special interest is the High Court, the largest court complex in the world, with lots of spare turrets. A flop on the other hand, was Georgetown, which is just a couple of houses and ASU is a piece of wall. In George Town is also the station, I first came to benefit me to buy a train ticket, what a hectic pace. It will be sent by a switch to the next, must fill out forms, etc. after 10 min. was kindly shown me dan where the tourist counter, here it was easier. The station itself is incidentally also a very nice building. Then I ran a little, at the very ugly city along the beach (apparently the longest the world (6km)). In the evening I tried it with a German to go drink a beer, which unfortunately rausstalte be relatively difficult. We have looked at some like criminals when we asked for beer, I'll probably drink the next few weeks is not much. We found dan finally won a shop, but was quite expensive. My nights were the way, not perfect, because, unfortunately, in my neighborhood was a mosque and the (whatever one calls it) has executed preaches very loud at night (with mic), and the whole clock to 1. After 2 days, so I left Madras that is really big, but has little to offer direction Mysore. Madras was still a very good start of my India trip, since I came here them tread was thrown into cold water. Photos are unfortunately no, Internet too slow.
